Amazon Connect now provides granular access controls enabling you to apply resource tags to define who is able to see historical metrics for specific users, queues, and routing profiles in the Amazon Connect UI. For example, you can tag users with Team:Compliance to only enable the Compliance team manager to see historical metrics for these users.
